How to Request a Refund

Refund Terms
Eligible refunds (full refund issued):
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Order hasn't shipped yet
Partial refunds may apply when:
- The order has already been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse
- Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount
- Product has been used extensively (more than 60 days)
- Custom or personalized orders
Refunds will be processed as:

Subscription Cancellations
Active subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting us. You'll receive a confirmation email once canceled.
If you've been charged for an upcoming subscription shipment you want to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of the charge and we'll refund it.
